On the entrepreneurial side, I'm the Founder & CEO of MPowerMyBiz — AI marketing services that help small businesses grow smarter, not harder. We combine cutting-edge AI tools with personalized strategy to elevate brands, streamline workflows, and build a stronger digital presence.

In my corporate role, I've played a key part in driving the rapid growth of a cloud-based brokerage by streamlining onboarding, building high-impact live training, curating an extensive on-demand resource library, and integrating AI-powered tools that elevate the agent experience.

What drives me most is building up people, not just systems. I focus on simplifying workflows and automating processes — not only for efficiency, but to lighten the day-to-day workload for my team. I provide hands-on training around AI tools and operational strategies, helping people expand their skillsets, grow into leadership roles, and feel genuinely supported.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, exploring new skills, and sharing life's beautiful moments with friends and family.
