Hi, I'm Amanda.

I'm passionate about making things work better — for people.

Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats, from leading onboarding experiences, analyzing agents feedback, troubleshooting platform issues, and collaborating across teams to improve the overall agent experience. I enjoy connecting the dots, solving problems, and finding ways to make processes feel smoother and less overwhelming.

Whether it's improving workflows, working with different departments, automating internal processes or helping create a better experience from day one, I love being part of the team behind the process.

That same belief — that technology should elevate people, not replace them — is what led me to start MPowerMyBiz. As Founder & CEO, I offer AI services, an AI Academy with automation-focused courses, and 1-on-1 AI coaching — helping clients automate the busywork so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.

What drives everything I do is watching people realize they're capable of more than they thought. I love simplifying systems, automating the repetitive, and creating space for my team — or my clients — to step into bigger roles with confidence.

Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious, always exploring what's next in AI, learning new skills, and finding better ways to solve problems. Whether I'm traveling, attending events, staying active, or spending quality time with the people I love, I'm always looking for experiences that inspire new ideas and fresh perspectives.
