I'm Amanda — though in most professional spaces, you'll hear me called Dianne. I help people and businesses grow, just from two angles that turn out to be more connected than they seem.

For the past seven years, I've been deep in real estate as an Onboarding Manager at eXp Realty, scaling operations and supporting thousands of agents nationwide. I've built live training programs, curated resource libraries people actually use, and woven AI into workflows in ways that make the day-to-day feel lighter — not more complicated.

That same belief — that technology should elevate people, not replace them — is what led me to start MPowerMyBiz. As Founder & CEO, I offer AI services, an AI Academy with automation-focused courses, and paid 1-on-1 AI coaching — helping entrepreneurs automate the busywork so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.

What drives everything I do is watching people realize they're capable of more than they thought. I love simplifying systems, automating the repetitive, and creating space for my team — or my clients — to step into bigger roles with confidence.

Outside of work, I'm endlessly curious. Always exploring what's next in AI, always leveling up, and always protective of the energy I keep close. I'm deeply spiritual and intentional about making room for happiness, health, wealth, love, and peace. Life, to me, is meant to be lived fully — active, traveling, growing, and savoring beautiful moments with the people I love.
